Com-n-sense has developed a series of structured systems that tests materials in real-time (in the process of production) on a conveyor belt.

The system can scan all types of objects, powdery materials, solids of different sizes and more. It can analyze the size, shape, differences between objects, physical changes from the model standards, color And other parameters or combinations.

Why IN-SPECTOR:

  • Easy to deploy and setup
  • simple maintenance
  • reduces the need of man power
  • improves quality results
  • Can operate in harsh environmental conditions
  • small but powerful
  • applicable to almost any type of material

Action occurs when the complex optical and tactile equipment (cameras, laser range sensors) positioned above the conveyor belt in a strategic point, transfers  a huge amount of optical and other data of the material or objects running on a conveyor belt.

The system interfaces with the factory's existing conveyor belts without the need of technical modifications.

A computer runs a Com-n-sense unique software platform that allows extensions of broad functionality and interfacing with sensors of all kinds. The IN-SPECTOR system allows the factory to expand the performed

actions on the same conveyor, shorten processes and significantly improve cost effectiveness.

All Com-n-sense equipment and systems have been tested to work in extremely harsh environmental conditions including high temperature, steam, chemicals, dust and more.

The Com-N-Sense SDK

The strength of Com-n-sense systems is derived from it's scalability, the easy-to-operate user interface and easy actions settings. The platform is designed to interface with existing control systems which are commonly used in industrial plants.
